Due to a conflict in management's schedule, Kitty Hawk,
Inc. (AMEX:KHK) will reschedule the release of its first quarter 2006
financial results from Tuesday, May 9 after market to Thursday, May 11
after market. The first quarter 2006 financial results conference call
will be held Friday, May 12 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The new dial in

beginning approximately one hour after the call's conclusion and will
