Kitty Hawk, Inc. (AMEX:KHK),

financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December
31, 2006 on Monday, April 2, 2007 after the market close,
within the normal timeframe for its year-end announcement. Kitty Hawk
will also host a conference call and webcast on Tuesday, April 3,
2007 at 7:30 a.m. Central Time (8:30 a.m. Eastern Time) to
discuss the Company’s fourth quarter and
year-end results, outlook for 2007, and current corporate developments.
