Kitty Hawk, Inc. (AMEX:KHK), the parent company of Kitty
Hawk Cargo, Inc. and Kitty Hawk Aircargo, Inc. today announced that it
will release financial results for the fourth quarter and full year
ended December 31, 2005 on Monday, March 20, 2006 after the market
close. Kitty Hawk will also host a conference call and webcast on
Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. Central Time (10:30 a.m. Eastern
Time) to discuss the Company's fourth quarter and full year results,
outlook for 2006, and current corporate developments. The dial-in
