Effective February 20, 2007, John Kensey resigned from his position as a director of Jazz Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”). To the Company’s knowledge, Mr. Kensey’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
