The Investment Trust of Investment Trusts PLC


The Board of The Investment Trust of Investment Trusts PLC (the "Company") notes
the publication of the Investment Entities (Listing Rules and Conduct of
Business) Instrument 2003.  However, the Board confirms that no change will be
made to the Company's investment objective. It remains the Board's policy not to
limit investment in other listed investment companies (as defined in chapter 21
of the Listing Rules) to a maximum of 15% of the gross assets of the Company.
