recent transactions in the Ordinary shares and Preferred Income shares of the
Company, RBS and its subsidiaries now have an interest in a total of 2,120,000
Ordinary shares of the Company (representing 3.22% of the issued share capital
of that class) and 9,540,000 Preferred Income shares of the Company
(representing 13.25% of the issued share capital of that class). The shares are
