today from Exeter Asset Management Limited ('Exeter') that following the sale of
the management contract of the Exeter High Income Unit Trust (holding 250,000
Ordinary shares) to New Star Asset Management, portfolios under the management
of Exeter hold in aggregate 3,693,333 Ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 5.62% of the issued capital of that class of share. The remaining
holding of 3,693,333 Ordinary shares is held for the following portfolios:

Dartmoor Investment Trust      2,250,000

Exeter Enhanced Income         1,443,333
