In a move to build brand awareness and attract a new customer base,
original fresh-Mexican concept chains Baja Fresh and La Salsa have
joined Rewards Network, the leading provider of dining frequency
programs in North America.
“Rewards Network is a time-proven company that
delivers diners who enjoy earning Cashback RewardsSM
or awards from the major frequent flyer programs and other affinity
programs,” said Baja Fresh and La Salsa Chief
Development Officer James Walker. “We want
Baja Fresh and La Salsa to benefit from the partner relationships and
marketing programs Rewards Network offers.”
Both Baja Fresh and La Salsa specialize in freshly prepared Mexican
entrees and sides including burritos, tacos, salads, and authentic
salsas. Fire-grilled choices like shrimp, pork, chicken, sirloin steak,
mahi-mahi and fire-roasted vegetables allow customers to customize their
order for a quality meal. In part due to the quality of its menu, Baja
Fresh was named the Mexican Chain of the Year in 2007 by Restaurants
& Institutions magazine. “This is the
freshest, tastiest Mexican food you’ll ever
eat,” said Walker.
As part of Rewards Network, Baja Fresh and La Salsa participating
locations will be marketed through email, online promotion, and direct
mail to millions of active Rewards Network members. Customized reporting
and member comments will allow the restaurants to study customer
feedback and trends.
“Whether you want to dine-in or grab a
fantastic Mexican meal to go, Baja Fresh and La Salsa will be a popular
and frequent choice for our members,” said
Rewards Network President and CEO Ron Blake. “These
are excellent brands and we’re excited to
have them on the program.”
