INCUS INVESTOR ASA - Scana Property AS sells the properties of Scana Eiendom SSA AS

 

INCUS Investors subsidiary Scana Eiendom SSA has in the evening on the 7th of October 2016 signed a sales agreement for two properties with MT Eiendom AS at Jørpeland outside Stavanger. The properties are leased to NOMAC AS and Aquamarine Subsea AS. Sales amount for the properties is 71 million NOK. The sale will have a positive effect on profit by appx.48 million NOK on the Groups accounts and a positive effect on liquidity. 4,0 million NOK is structured as a sellers credit with settlement according to certain future conditions.

The transaction is expected to be closed within the 30^th of November 2016.

Scana Eiendom SSA is a part of Scana Propertys property portfolio in Strand municipality , Rogaland. Scana Property AS will still have a substantial property portfolio in Strand municipality.

The agreement contains normal completion conditions which must be fulfilled before closing.

Scana Property owns, manage and rent out properties used by sister companies and external tenants.
