iMergent Extends Tender Offer

iMergent, Inc. (AMEX:IIG), a leading provider of eCommerce software, site development, web hosting and search engine optimization for businesses and entrepreneurs, today announced that it has extended the expiration date of its tender offer to purchase for cash up to $4,750,000 in value of shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value per share, at a price not greater than $4.75 per share nor less than $4.35 per share, net to the seller in cash, less any applicable withholding taxes and without interest. The tender offer is now scheduled to expire at 11:59 p.m., New York City time on Friday, December 10, 2010, unless further extended. The tender offer was previously scheduled to expire at 12:00 a.m., New York City time, on Friday, December 3, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the tender offer remain unchanged.

As of the close of business on December 1, 2010, 277,797 shares of iMergent, Inc.'s common stock had been validly tendered pursuant to the tender offer.
