NEW YORK, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R))
today listed the common stock of iMergent, Inc. under the ticker symbol IIG.
iMergent, Inc. provides eCommerce solutions to entrepreneurs and small
businesses to market and sell their business product or idea via the Internet.
Headquartered in Orem, Utah, the company sells its proprietary StoresOnline
software and training services. In addition to software, iMergent offers site

"We are pleased to welcome iMergent to the American Stock Exchange," said John

to working with iMergent and providing them with the value-added resources
needed to succeed in today's market."
Don Danks, iMergent's chairman and chief executive officer, commented, "The
American Stock Exchange listing marks an important milestone for iMergent and
validates management's efforts to grow the company over the past few years. For
example, revenues for the fiscal 2004 nine-month period ending March 31, 2004
grew over 70 percent compared to the previous nine-month period. In addition,
our recent customer services initiatives, expanded marketing relationships and
entry into international markets have positioned iMergent for strong growth in
a largely underserved market. We believe our inclusion on this national market
exchange will provide increased visibility of our future successes."
