      On Tuesday, Aug 7th, InterSearch Group, Inc.

      will announce its financial results for the second quarter ended June 
      30, 2007 after the close of the market. Following the release, during a 
      conference call at 2:00 p.m. PDT (5:00 p.m. EDT), Chairman and Chief
