Intellicheck Files Shelf Registration Renewing Expiring Statement

Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (NYSE MKT:IDN), a leader in threat identification, identity authentication, verification and validation technology solutions, today announced it has filed to renew its shelf registration on Form S-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The Company has no plans to raise capital. A renewal of the shelf registration is required every three years. The renewal maintains the shelf registration which the Company has held since July 2010.
