--Cenuco, Inc. (AMEX:ICU) has been invited by Rodman &
Renshaw to present at the 2nd Annual TechVest Security and
Connectivity Conference on June 15th, 2005 at 9:25 AM. The conference
will be held at the St. Regis hotel in New York City. Cenuco Wireless
President, Jordan Serlin, will speak prior to former Secretary of the
Department of Homeland Security Tom Ridge. The presentation will focus
on the company's cellular-based remote video streaming, remote
monitoring applications, and how Cenuco's enterprise technology
assists in Homeland Security efforts. This is the second year that
Cenuco has been invited by Rodman & Renshaw to participate.
