NEW YORK, Nov. 27  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's Bear Market PLUS Based on the Value of the PHLX Housing Sector Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,325,000 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol HPM and has a maturity date of February 20, 2008.
