Home Solutions of America Receives Clearance from NASDAQ to Commence Trading on July 17, 2006

Home Solutions of America, Inc. (AMEX: HOM), a provider
of recovery, restoration and rebuilding/remodeling services, announced
today that, following its provision of additional information to
NASDAQ, its common stock will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global
Market under the ticker symbol HSOA as of the commencement of trading
on July 17, 2006.
   The Company previously announced that the commencement of trading
in its common stock, which had been scheduled for June 27th, had been
delayed as a result of Nasdaq requesting additional information.

   Home Solutions is a provider of recovery, restoration and
rebuilding/remodeling services to commercial and residential areas
that are (i) prone to flooding, hurricanes, tornados, fires or other
naturally occurring and repetitive weather related emergencies; and/or
