Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 13, 2019, Nobilis Health Corp. (the “Company”) announced the closing of Surgeons’ Premier Medical Center facility in Sugar Land, Texas, and the Scottsdale Liberty Hospital facility in Scottsdale, Arizona, effective September 13, 2019.
