American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of Houston American Energy Corp

NEW YORK, July 26  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Houston American Energy Corp, under the trading symbol HGO.

Houston American Energy Corp engages in the exploration, development, and production of natural gas, crude oil, and condensate. It focuses on properties in the U.S. onshore Gulf Coast Region, principally Texas and Louisiana, and on the development of concessions in the South American country of Colombia.
