Appointment of Chief Financial Officer



Host Europe is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Paul Sadler to the
Board as Chief Financial Officer. He will be joining the Board with immediate
effect.



Stephen, aged 36, holds a degree in economics from the London School of
Economics. Following university he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with
Arthur Andersen. Stephen has held various senior financial positions at Logica
Plc, Xenova Plc and most recently was Director of Finance at GX Networks Plc.
