Effective immediately, the Trustee table in the Fund Governance Board of Trustees and Officers section of the SAI is superseded and replaced with the following:
Board of Trustees and Officers
As a Delaware trust, the business and affairs of the Trust are managed by its officers under the oversight of its Board. The Board currently consists of fourteen Trustees. Under current Board policy, Trustees may serve until the next Board meeting after he or she reaches the mandatory retirement age established by the Board, or the fifteenth anniversary of the first Board meeting they attended as a member of the Board.
Kathleen Blatz, Pamela Carlson, Patricia Flynn, Stephen Lewis, Jr., Catherine James Paglia, Leroy Richie, Alison Taunton-Rigby and William Truscott were elected as Trustee by the shareholders of the Funds on May 20, 2011. Edward Boudreau, Jr., William Carmichael, William Hawkins, R. Glenn Hilliard, Minor Shaw and Anthony Santomero were elected as Trustees at a Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Funds on February 27, 2013 and formally took office in April 2013. The name, address, year of birth and number of funds each Trustee oversees in the Columbia Fund Family (which includes funds branded Columbia and Columbia Acorn), including the Funds, principal occupation and public directorships held during the past five years, and Board committee memberships for each Trustee is set forth below.
