Genomic Vision: Additional Contribution to the Liquidity Contract Concluded with CM-CIC Securities

GENOMIC VISION (FR0011799907 – GV – the “Company”) (Paris:GV), a biotechnology company that develops tools and services dedicated to the analysis and control of changes in the genome, announces that on July 15, 2022 it made an additional contribution of €27,000 in cash to the resources allocated to the liquidity contract signed on February 15, 2019 with CM-CIC Securities.

After taking this contribution into account, the resources allocated to the liquidity contract as of July 15, 2022 were:

• 25,784 shares;
• 58,918.11 in cash.

As a reminder, at the last summary as of June 30, 2022, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:

• 254,289 shares;
• 10,509.71 in cash.
