GROUPE GORGE, through its subsidiary BAUMERT, announces that it has won a new order as part of the NSC project (New Safe Confinement for reactor No. 4 of the Chernobyl power plant) conducted by the NOVARKA joint-venture. This substantial order represents a figure exceeding that of the first order announced at the end of October 2014.
This new order requires the Group to supply all the technical doors, i.e. 124 doors (37 watertight and fire protection doors, 10 biological doors, 57 tornado doors, 14 large-capacity doors and 6 special doors), that will equip the buildings intended for the dismantlement of contaminated waste found inside the sarcophagus.
This new success once again demonstrates the extent to which the Group's customers trust BAUMERT, both from a technical perspective and in terms of managing projects with very short delivery times. All the doors must be delivered before the end of 2015.
