Subsidiary launched in the US

Prodways, 3D printing subsidiary of Groupe Gorgé, announces the creation of a fully-owned subsidiary in the United States that will manage the company's deployment via a distribution and support structure network. This subsidiary, which was originally scheduled for launch in 2016, will now be operational beginning in March 2015. It will be based in Minneapolis. Overseeing its development will be Paul Anfison, who has more than fifteen years' experience in the management of distribution networks. He will be supported by three other managers, who have already been recruited.

This organisational structure will ensure close support for Prodways' customers, especially for pre-sales advisory and technical support services.

Expansion of the distribution network continues

Prodways announces the signature of a distribution agreement in South Korea, on top of the six agreements already signed. Most of these distributors will be operational in the first half of 2015. Other agreements are expected to be signed in the next few months. The Group believes that it will have worldwide coverage for the first time by the end of the financial year.

More machine sales

Despite commercial resources still being limited, the early part of the year has been especially dynamic with the sale of five machines - more than during the whole of the first half of 2014. These sales consist of four Promaker L 5000s and one V 6000. They are to be installed in France, the United States, Germany, South Korea and Canada.
