Magic Lantern Group Signs Strategic Agreement With Division of
The Thomson Corporation
NEW YORK, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magic Lantern Group, Inc.
(AMEX:GML), announced today that the Company has entered into a distribution
agreement with Nelson Thomson Delmar Learning, a division of The Thomson
Corporation, a leading global provider of integrated information solutions to
business and professional customers.

Thomson Delmar Learning is a division of Thomson Canada Limited (The Thomson
Corporation). According to the agreement, Magic Lantern Group has gained the
rights to distribute Delmar Learning career education products, representing
more than 500 titles on video.

Leading titles included in the agreement extend Magic Lantern Group's product

videos will reach new Ministries of Education; schools; school boards and
districts; colleges, educational institutions, including libraries; and a broad
