Group has entered into a three-year, international distribution agreement with
InJoy Videos. InJoy Videos is a health video producer specializing in birth and
parenting educational videos to world markets. Magic Lantern Group President
and CEO Bob Goddard stated, "An agreement with InJoy enables us to build deeper
market share in the health and medical content sector, which is experiencing
phenomenal growth. We anticipate to generate revenues in excess of $1 million
over the next two years as we pursue additional agreements with the world's
leading producers of health care educational videos."

family resource centers, colleges and universities throughout Canada. Magic
Lantern Group has non-exclusive rights to distribute InJoy's videos in other
world markets, excluding the United States and Taiwan.
