NEW YORK, Sept. 28  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) opened trading today on Merrill Lynch's Accelerated Return Notes Linked to the PHLX Gold & Silver Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 7,500,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol GGW and has a maturity date of December 3, 2008.
