Gabelli Go Anywhere Trust Decouples & Separate Trading Begins for the 8.00% Series A Cumulative Preferred Shares & Common Sha...

The Gabelli Go Anywhere Trust (the “Fund”) will commence separate trading for the Fund’s Common shares (“GGO”) and Series A Cumulative Puttable and Callable Preferred Shares (“GGO.A”) on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. The Common shares and the Series A Preferred shares will trade on the NYSE MKT.

Common shares and Series A Preferred Shares traded as a Combination (“GGO.C”) for the first 60 days following the closing of its offering. The Combination included three shares of common and one Series A Preferred Share. GGO.C will be delisted and will no longer trade.
