Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 21, 2020, Robert T. Barker (70), Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will retire from his current position effective December 16, 2020. His decision to retire was based on personal reasons and not the result of any disagreement relating to our operations, policies or practices.
