Fundamental-e Investments plc (the Company) announces the appointment of Simon
Eagle as Chairman with immediate effect. Mr Eagle joined the Board as a
Non-Executive Director on 19th November 2003, having on 11th November 2003
acquired 16,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 10% of the Issued Ordinary
Share Capital of the Company, through Winterway Investment Corporation.
