( 1)	On August 15, 2008, Energy Services Acquisition Corp. (ESA) acquired C.J. Hughes Construction Company, Inc. (CJ) by issuing 6,434.7 shares of ESA for each share of CJ. The reporting person owned 22.76571 shares of CJ that were converted to 146,490 shares of ESA.
( 2)	The reporting person acquired 9,049 shares of common stock pursuant to an exchange offer whereby 8 1/2 warrants were exchanged for one share of common stock.
