These shares of Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share ("Common Stock"), of eMagin Corporation (the "Issuer") were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $3.74 to $3.85 per share of Common Stock, inclusive. Ginola Limited ("Ginola" or the "Reporting Person") undertakes to provide, upon request, to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") full information regarding the number of shares of Common Stock sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth herein.
(2)	The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares of Common Stock were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $4.17 to $4.69 per share of Common Stock of the Issuer, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide, upon request, to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the SEC full information regarding the number of shares of Common Stock sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth herein.
