American Stock Exchange Lists Citigroup Funding Inc.'s 9% ELKS Based Upon the Common Stock of Newmont Mining Corporation

NEW YORK, Jan. 24  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding Incorporated's 9% ELKS, based upon the common stock of Newmont Mining Corporation.

Priced at $10 per unit with an initial offer size of 7,675,000, this equity trades under the ticker symbol EKM and has a maturation date of February 8, 2007.

The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding Inc.  The Amex specialist unit is LaBranche Structured Products LLC.
