On October 21, 2008, Energy Infrastructure Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has set October 31, 2008 as the record date for determining those holders of record of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share who are entitled to receive the first liquidation distribution from the trust account.
