(AMEX:EGR) today said that it intends to file a Form 12b-25 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which will extend the due date for filing the company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2008 to November 13, 2008. Commerce Energy plans to file its Form 10-K on or before November 13, 2008. The company said it expects to issue a news release and host a conference call related to its financial results for the quarter and year ended July 31, 2008 on November 11, 2008.
