BUFFALO, N.Y., July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Ecology & Environment, Inc. declared a six-month dividend of 18 cents per share payable on or before August 11, 2006 to shareholders of both Class A and Class B common stock on record as of July 30, 2006. This represents the 40th consecutive dividend since the Company became public. In addition the Board reiterated its commitment to repurchase 200,000 shares of common stock as it becomes available.
