Solutions, Inc. (AMEX:DVS), today announced that its security integration
subsidiary HBE will be exhibiting at the U.S. Maritime Security Expo being held
September 14-15, 2004 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City.

The conference is designed to target security professionals responsible for
protecting the nation's ports, harbors, bridges, power plants, railroads and
off shore oil rigs. In addition to the exposition, the two day conference
offers seminar topics that address current threats and emergency planning
critical to the maritime industry.
