City High-Rise 


NEW YORK, April 5  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diversified Security Solutions
Inc. (AMEX:DVS), a turnkey provider of technology-based integrated electronic
security solutions, today announced that it was awarded an $800,000 contract to
provide a variety of security systems in a mid-town high-rise office building.

As part of this project, DVS will furnish and install an electronic security
system utilizing barrier turnstiles and access control equipment, manufactured
by its strategic partners Automatic Systems Controls (ACS) and Lenel Systems
International, respectively.

James Henry, Chief Executive Officer of Diversified Security Solutions, said,
"This property receives a high volume of traffic and requires a technologically
advanced security solution to ensure that its tenants are provided a safe and
secure work environment.  We are proud to have been awarded this contract to
provide the building with a variety of its critical security systems and look

Lenel Systems International, which has partnered with DVS for many years, was
recently acquired by United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX), a diversified
company that provides high technology products and services to the aerospace
and commercial building industries worldwide.
