I-trax to Hold Special Call Today to Discuss Acquistion

CHADDS FORD, PA , a health and productivity management company, has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Walgreen Co. (NYSE: WAG).

I-trax will host a conference call at 4:00 p.m. EDT, Monday, March 17, 2008, to discuss the transaction. During the call, Frank A. Martin, chairman, and R. Dixon Thayer, chief executive officer, will discuss this morning's announcement. The call may be accessed by dialing 888.637.2414.
