LONDON--DMCI Holdings Inc, said Wednesday that the Offer for Toledo Mining Corporation PLC's (TMC.LN) shares, remain open for acceptance until 1200 GMT on April 30.
MAIN FACTS:
-DMCI Mining now owns or has received valid acceptances in respect of a total of 32,826,215 Toledo Shares, representing 65.9% of the existing issued share capital of Toledo.
-On Feb. 15, DMCI Mining Corporation, a subsidiary of DMCI Holdings, increased its stake in Toledo to 37.7%. As a result, DMCI Mining confirmed that it would make a cash offer to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Toledo not already owned by DMCI Group.
-On March 19, the Toledo Independent Directors announced that they had unanimously recommended that Toledo Shareholders accept the Offer.
-The Offer was declared wholly unconditional on April 2 and the closing date was extended to 1200 GMT on April 16.
