Dyadic International, Inc. (AMEX:DIL), a biotechnology
company, announced today that Mark Emalfarb, Dyadic's President and
Chief Executive Officer, will make a presentation at the Prudential
Equity Group, LLC "Inside Our Best Ideas" Conference to be held at the
Grand Summit Resort Hotel in Mount Snow, Vermont, on September 27-29,
2006. Mr. Emalfarb's presentation is scheduled for September 27 at
9:30 a.m. EDT.

   "The 60-minute format for this presentation will give me time to
provide an in-depth analysis of Dyadic's technologies, current

Emalfarb plans to discuss Dyadic's progress in the development of its
proprietary enabling platform technologies, which are broadly
applicable for the discovery, development and large-scale production

        development of its patented and proprietary enzyme mixtures to
