Other Events.

On July 16, 2008, Dekania Corp. (the “Company”) met the condition under its Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation that permits it until February 7, 2009 to complete an appropriate acquisition. The Company expects to announce a definitive agreement for a business combination shortly.
