NEW YORK, May 7  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Crosshair Exploration and Mining Corp. under the ticker symbol CXZ.

Crosshair Exploration and Mining Corp. is a uranium and gold exploration and development company principally engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties with select projects in Newfoundland and Labrador.
