On May 7, 2019, Corindus Vascular Robotics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
