                            Executive Share Options


CODASciSys plc (stock code CSY) is pleased to confirm the grant of an additional
100,000 share options under the Company's executive share option scheme to Bryan
Hucker, CFO of the CODA Division and Group Commercial Director, on 28 November
2003.

Mr Hucker owns, or is deemed beneficially to be interested in, 372,716 shares in
the Company, representing approximately 1.5 percent of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital and currently has options over an additional 128,000
ordinary shares, which may be exercised at prices between 378p and 540p per
ordinary share.

The new options may be exercised before 28th November 2013 but not before
publication of the accounts for CODASciSys for the financial year ended 31st
December 2006 and may be exercised at a price of 270p per ordinary share on
satisfaction of performance criteria established by the Company's Remuneration
Committee.

CODASciSys is additionally pleased to confirm the grant of an additional 25,000
share options under the Company's executive share option scheme to Ruth
McRitchie, Group Financial Director, on 28 November 2003.

Mrs McRitchie owns, or is deemed beneficially to be interested in, 6,217 shares
in the Company, representing approximately 0.02 percent of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital and currently has options over an additional 40,645
ordinary shares, which may be exercised at prices between 129p and 527p per
ordinary share.

The new options may be exercised before 28th November 2013 but not before
publication of the accounts for CODASciSys for the financial year ended 31st
December 2006 and may be exercised at a price of 270p per ordinary share on
satisfaction of performance criteria established by the Company's Remuneration
Committee.
