Response to press speculation
The Board of Chorion PLC ("Chorion") has noted the story carried in The Sunday
Times concerning an approach made to it by Entertainment Rights plc.
The Board confirms that it has recently received an unsolicited and indicative
approach from Entertainment Rights plc. This is the latest in a long series of
unsolicited and unwelcome approaches, commencing some 3 years ago, none of which
has resulted in an offer being made for Chorion by Entertainment Rights plc.
The Board of Chorion, having consulted its financial advisors, has rejected this
latest approach as it significantly undervalues Chorion.
