NEW YORK, Dec. 23  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's 7.5% SPARQS Linked to Coach, Inc.

Priced at $16.875 with an initial offer size of 1,629,629 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol COQ and has a maturation date of December 15, 2007.
