DAQING, China, Aug. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Nutrifruit Group Limited (NYSE Amex: CNGL) ("China Nutrifruit" or "the Company"), a leading producer of premium specialty fruit based products in China ("PRC"), today announced that the Company has relocated to its headquarters in Daqing, Heilongjiang, effective August 1, 2011.

In July 2011, China Nutrifruit completed the construction of a new office building at its new fruit and vegetable powder facility in Daqing. The Company's management team has now relocated to the new headquarters location. The new headquarters office provides room for expansion and accommodates the Company's management team, administrative personnel, sales and marketing team, and accounting team.
