Cash Systems, Inc. (Amex: CKN), a provider of cash
access solutions for the gaming industry, announced today the delay of
filing its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2005. The
Registrant requires additional time due to the change of accounting
personnel earlier in the year, efforts and resources related to
complying with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 internal control compliance for the
year ending December 31, 2005 and the implementation of a new
accounting package. The Registrant's auditor noted as part of the Form
10-KSB filing for the year ended December 31, 2004 material weaknesses
related to system controls. The Registrant is working diligently to
remediate these material weaknesses.
The Company expects to file its Form 10-Q and conduct a conference
call to discuss first quarter 2005 financial results on Monday, May
