      Churchill Ventures Ltd. (AMEX: CHV.U) announced that the pricing of its 
      initial public offering of 12.5 million units at $8.00 per unit occurred 
      on February 28, 2007. The Company expects to raise gross proceeds of 
      $100 million from the offering (excluding the proceeds from the exercise 
      of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, if 
      any). The Company's units are expected to begin trading on the American 
      Stock Exchange under the symbol CHV.U on March 1, 2007.
    
    
      Churchill Ventures intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to 
      acquire one or more operating businesses in the communications, media, 
      or technology industries.
