On November 2, 2010, the companies announced the definitive merger agreement under which COMFORCE would be acquired by an affiliate of ABRY Partners, in a transaction valued at approximately $84.8 million. Under the terms of the agreement, COMFORCE stockholders will receive $2.50 in cash for each share of COMFORCE/CFS common stock held.
